Sense is hiring a Registered Care Manager for our Edgbaston residential service in Birmingham. You will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Essential: prior manager experience in a care setting (community/residential/supported living).
• Desirable: knowledge of multiple sensory impairments and disabilities.
• Preferred: manual UK driving license for transporting individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team including Deputy Manager and Support Workers.
• Manage rotas, supervise staff, and ensure compliance and high standards.
