Job summary

Work Wales, on behalf of Home Instead Conwy and Denbighshire, seeks a Registered Care Manager for its Colwyn Bay offices. The role is permanent and full-time with a generous on-call rota (only 1 in 8 weeks).

Qualifications

• HQCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
• Knowledge of CIW regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Previous experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role within health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and care standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Maintain registration requirements and work with regulatory bodies.
