Recruitment Panda Ltd is seeking a Home Care Manager for Caernarfon, Wales, to oversee two community home care services with around 285 hours of care weekly and a team of 25 care staff plus 3 practitioners. The role focuses on governance, structure, and steady leadership to strengthen outcomes in two communities.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 5 management qualification, is eligible to register as a manager, and has knowledge of RISCA and CIW.
