A leading company in retirement community management seeks a Registered Care Manager for their Sheffield location. The role involves leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional care for older residents, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting a thriving community. McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Windsor House in Sheffield.
Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,500!
Package:£39,124.84 plus benefits + Career Progression
