About the Role

As a Registered Care Manager, you must understand the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards to help improve and maintain these standards. You will be responsible for managing the services within the company in accordance with standards set by the Managing Director, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and best practices.

About the Person

To succeed in this role, you must have / be:

• At least 2 years of domiciliary care management experience (home care, not residential or care home background)
• Registered Manager with the CQC
• Experience with CQC inspections and knowledge of regulations
• Understanding of growth in care hours with Local Authority & Private Clients
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary & Rewards

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a substantial benefits package.
