About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary/Homecare branch in Salford, Greater Manchester. This is an exceptional opportunity to progress your career within a supportive and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery to our clients.
• Lead and support a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and administrators, fostering a positive and professional environment.
• Maintain excellent working knowledge of CQC requirements and ensure compliance across all services.
• Drive the recruitment and retention of staff, working closely with the in-house recruitment team.
• Actively participate in succession planning and staff development, promoting career progression within the team.
• Liaise effectively with local authorities, NHS Trusts, and other stakeholders to maintain the branch's good reputation and high standards of care.
• Attend monthly Registered Manager workshops to share best practices and gain additional support.

Requirements:

• Must be an experienced Registered Manager with previous experience in the domiciliary/homecare sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• A proven track record of running a successful homecare branch.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 qualification if not already completed (fully funded).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor.
