About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Care Manager to oversee and lead our growing domiciliary care service in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed professional to take ownership of service delivery, compliance, staff development, and customer satisfaction.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing all aspects of the domiciliary care service
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
• Managing, supporting and mentoring a team of care staff, coordinators and recruiters
• Overseeing the development of care packages and maintaining high-quality care plans
• Overseeing assessments, reviews, and risk management for new and existing customers
• Building strong relationships with customers, families, staff, and external partners
• Driving business growth and ensuring the service is financially sustainable

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Care Manager in domiciliary care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for person-centred care and continuous service improvement
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
