Job Description
Key responsibilities will include
- Providing strongleadership and managementtosupportexcellence in theoperational day-to-day,management of the servicethrough promoting trust, cooperation, and high levels of performance by all staff
- Ensuringcontinued compliance at the highest level in all regulatory and legislativestandards, maintainingour ‘Outstanding’ service delivery for our clients.
- Continuous improvement of our service delivery to ensure the most innovative,effective,and efficientsolutionsare delivered for ourclients.
- Accountabilityfor maintainingand ensuringconsistent adherence to allQuality assurance systems and processorsand currentcompany policy and procedures.
- Effective management of all incidents and complaints in a timely manner
- Excellent commercial awareness in a fast-movingcareenvironment,you will have an integral role in developing and growing the business.
- The Registered Care Manager will be Supported by the Directors for strategic guidance but will be expected to drive forward thegrowth,innovation, and ambitions of the company.

- Ensure the provision of training meets the needs of the people, clients,andthe organization
- Ensure that Care Professionals schedules are fully maintained to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Oversee and participatewhen requiredin the provision of ‘on call’ services to staff and clients.
Qualifications
The right candidate must have
- Minimum of 2 years Management experience, preferrable in domiciliary care, but not essential.
- An understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the Care Act 2014 and the CQC Fundamental Standards.
- An excellent understanding of delivering person-centred services.
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 or higher
- Excellent business skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good working knowledgeof ITback-officeSystems with experience ofMicrosoft Office, working with databasesandvirtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
