Job summary

Career Makers is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a large nursing and residential care service in the North West. You will provide strong leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while complying with CQC and safeguarding requirements.

The role includes managing occupancy and budgets, directing a multidisciplinary team, and building relationships with residents, families and clinicians.

An established and highly regarded care provider is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Home Manager to lead a large nursing and residential care service in the North West.

The Role

As Registered Home Manager, you will:

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting.
• Active NMC registration (preferred).
• A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
• The ability to inspire and develop teams to deliver outstanding care.
• A passion for improving resident outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
