Job summary

Career Makers are seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a large nursing and residential service in Chorley. You will provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and full CQC compliance at all times.

You will manage occupancy and budgets, develop a multidisciplinary team and engage with families and healthcare professionals. This is a senior, supernumerary role with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting.
• Active NMC registration (preferred).
• A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
• The ability to inspire and develop teams to deliver outstanding care.
• A passion for improving resident outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

An established and highly regarded care provider is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Home Manager to lead a large nursing and residential care service in the North West.
