Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager for our client, a leading home care provider. In this role, the Registered Care Manager will oversee all aspects of care service delivery, including recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The role involves building strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust in our services. You will drive business growth through networking and expansion opportunities, ensuring seamless care through effective communication and teamwork. This position offers significant career progression, including potential advancement to Operations Manager overseeing multiple territories.

The role is expected to transition to a hybrid working model with up to two days remote work; however, full on-site presence is required during the first 12 months for full involvement and team integration.

Do you have?

• Registered Manager qualification, Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or a relevant degree
• Proven experience in homecare, with a track record of high-quality care delivery
• Strong leadership and management skills to inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of domiciliary care regulations and best practices
• Commitment to person-centered care
• Valid driving license
