Autism West Midlands, the leading provider of autism specialist services in the West Midlands, is working towards opening a new specialist supported living scheme for autistic adults in September 2025. The scheme is located in Marston Green, Solihull.
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career and expand their skills in project management, personalised support practices, and positive behaviour support. This will be your opportunity to recruit your own staff team and develop a positive culture that enables the delivery of least restrictive support in a specialist setting.
This is an opportunity for an exceptional Manager to contribute to the setup of the service, the transition of individuals into their new home, and to develop person-centred care practices which take account of each person’s needs, aspirations, and motivations. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead, motivate, and develop their own staff team, working alongside other professionals to develop innovative best practice.
