An established charity is seeking a dedicated Registered Support Manager to oversee three residential services for autistic adults in Birmingham. This role involves ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission standards while delivering personalized support to enhance the lives of those we serve. The purpose of the Registered Support Manager’s role is to manage 3 Residential Services for autistic adults. The Registered Manager will have responsibility for 3 Residential Services based in Selly Park and Marston Green areas. The services offer support to 11 Autistic adults. As the manager registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the post holder has overall responsibility for all aspects of the service ensuring that all statutory regulation standards are met. Delivering a high-quality service to meet the needs of those we support through appropriate individualised support plans. You will also need to lead on Positive Behavior Support within the service and work with peers on developing strategies for use across AWM.
Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £35,956.20
