Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for a Greater Manchester service. You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, person-centred care and regulatory compliance with a strong emphasis on staff development and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care at all times.

About You

You'll be an experienced care professional who understands what good leadership looks like and isn't afraid to lead from the front. You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting your team and creating an environment where people can thrive.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Manager within adult social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience managing teams, performance and service quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
