Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Deputy Manager for an adult residential home in the United Kingdom. You will support the Registered Manager in daily operations to ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.

You will lead staff, manage rotas, contribute to recruitment, training and development, and maintain records and care planning while safeguarding residents and promoting wellbeing and independence.
