Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Class 2B+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim role based in Surrey. This 6-month contract offers a hybrid working pattern with a mix of site inspections and home-based work.

The role involves carrying out site inspections, assessing compliance with Building Regulations, plan checking, advising applicants and contractors, and ensuring works meet safety standards. Immediate or short-notice start available.

Qualifications

• Must be Class 2B+ registered with the BSR.
• Proven experience within Building Control.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and legislation.
• Ability to work autonomously in an interim capacity.
• Full UK driving licence (due to site visits).

Interim Class 2B+ Building Control Surveyor

Up to £60 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2B+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim opportunity based in Surrey. This is an initial 6-month contract, with a strong view to extension due to ongoing workload.

The Role

This is a hybrid role offering a balanced mix of site and home-based work:

• 3 days per week carrying out site inspections
• Opportunity to move to full-time working depending on service needs
