Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Class 2A+ Building Control Surveyor for a North West-based post. The role is hybrid, combining site inspections with home-based work, and it offers a 6-month initial contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

The position requires Class 2A+ registration with the BSR, proven Building Control experience, and a full UK driving licence for site visits.

Interim Class 2A+ Building Control Surveyor

North West

6-Month Initial Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)

Up to £60 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2A+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim opportunity based in the North West. This is an initial 6-month contract, with a strong view to extension due to ongoing workload.

The Role

This is a hybrid role offering a balanced mix of site and home-based work:

• 3 days per week carrying out site inspections
• Opportunity to move to full-time working depending on service needs
