Following an expansion to our highly successful regional service, several opportunities to join our friendly team have become available.

We are looking for a Workplace Team Leader to join our team. Working alongside the Team Leader for the South, you will directly oversee 8 remote team members based in Sheffield, Hull, Doncaster, Cyan, and Grimsby.

This is an operational role, so in addition to inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service across the client's small regional offices, you will also be hands-on in the offices yourself.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role is essential.

You will be required to attend each site 1-2 times per week. Therefore, the successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and have excellent time management skills. You should be proactive, have a can-do attitude, and the ability to prioritize your workload.

Travel costs are covered for this role.
