Regional Territory Wholesale Sales Manager (f/m/x)

Job Description

Your Future Team:

We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our Commercial Wholesale Squad. It’s more than a Regional Sales Manager role; it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to share your exceptional knowledge and skills in order to contribute to the development of the wholesale business within the Northeast to Southeast of the UK (including central London).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be an ambassador in the field for Breitling.
  2. Be a true business partner to the network to develop the brand within the region.
  3. Own and deliver the brand's financial and brand objectives in the region.
  4. Review and analyze sales reports and act/report on data.
  5. Identify potential market opportunities to help build the image and market share for the brand.
  6. Implement motivational training to the retail sales teams at all levels to build knowledge, confidence, and expertise in the sales ceremony.
  7. Work with Merchandising teams to ensure brand presence is in line with corporate guidelines.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing department to implement marketing initiatives.
  9. Support events and corporate days.

What we are looking for in our next Squad member:

  1. Minimum of 2 years wholesale sales management experience within the luxury segment with a proven track record.
  2. Proactive and results-driven to deliver commercial targets.
  3. Well-developed negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Flexible and positive attitude.
  5. Team player and strong communicator.
  6. Motivated and self-disciplined.
  7. Competent with Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Comfortable and successful in building and maintaining business relationships.
  9. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  10. Full UK driving license holder.
