Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales to exceed targets with regional abrasive converters and robotics/automation partners.
  • Manage the Key Account sales team for strategic end-user accounts in the UK, including Aerospace, Automotive OEM, Rail, and Marine sectors.
  • Collaborate with existing and new key accounts to understand their abrasive needs and provide suitable 3M solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans with major key accounts, assessing processes and applications, and tracking progress with KPIs.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities and exceed targets for new business.
  • Establish strategic partnerships based on trust and loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Key Account Management experience with growth in industrial end users and channels.
  • Tenacious, driven, and proactive in navigating complexity.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • People management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Details:
  • Location: Field-based, covering the UK; centrally located candidates preferred for travel.
  • Travel: May include 50%+ domestic travel.
  • Working pattern: Full-Time.
