Job summary

The Wealth Operations Manager at The Progeny Group Limited will lead a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners, ensuring consistent service, strong performance and alignment with regional priorities in a flexible UK setting.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will optimize capacity, monitor KPIs, drive standardisation and digitisation, and support growth through effective workflow management and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to translate regional priorities into clear team actions.
• Data-driven approach to performance and improvements.
• Experience coaching and developing individuals and teams.
• Experience leading change, transformation or integration (including M&A).
• Understanding of workload planning and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Coach and develop team culture through feedback and capability building.
• Monitor KPIs and client outcomes using data to identify improvements.
• Oversee workflow, capacity and task allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive standardisation, digitisation and automation to improve efficiency and scale.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance within the team.
