Job summary

The Progeny Group Limited is seeking a Wealth Operations Manager (Team Operations Manager) to lead a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners. You will oversee performance, service standards and regional priorities, while driving standardisation, digitisation and a high-performing culture.

Location is flexible; the role involves collaboration with Regional Operations, Advisory and Risk functions to deliver consistent client outcomes and scalable growth across the South offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners with high standards of performance.
• Translate regional priorities into clear team actions and manage engagement and development.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance and evidence outcomes with KPIs and MI.
• Promote standardised processes and drive digitisation and automation for efficiency.
• Manage workload, capacity and risk, enabling scalable growth and acquisitions integration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance within the team.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication between regional leadership and the team.
