Qualifications

• Strong people management and team leadership capability.
• Data-driven approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading change, transformation or integration activity (including M&A).
• Strong focus on simplification, standardisation and operational scalability.
• Experience with digital tools, workflow systems or automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners, ensuring clear expectations and high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
• Manage workflow, capacity and task allocation to prioritise and deliver work effectively.
• Drive standardisation and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance are observed within the team.
• Communicate clearly between leadership and the team and foster collaboration across functions.
