Progeny is seeking a Wealth Operations Manager to lead a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners, ensuring high service standards and alignment with regional priorities. You will guide capacity planning, performance management and continuous improvement across the region.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with Advisory and Risk functions, and driving standardisation and automation to scale operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Regional Ops Directors and advisory teams.
Champion digitisation, automation and process improvement.
Ensure regulatory compliance and governance in daily operations.
Support acquisitions through structured integration and change management.
Communicate effectively between leadership and the team.
