Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a hands-on Civils Working Supervisor to lead civil works across water treatment sites in Harlow and Rainham. The role emphasizes delivery, site safety, and practical leadership on-site with a van and PPE provided.

You will manage day-to-day tasks, ensure safety standards, and coordinate resources across regional sites, bringing 4–5 years of civils supervision experience and relevant certifications to the team.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience as a Civils Supervisor within the water treatment/utilities sector.
• SSSTS, Confined Spaces, and Working at Height certifications.
• Full UK driving licence (essential for regional site travel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civil engineering tasks on water treatment sites.
• Lead from the front, working alongside your team on site.
• Manage site safety through daily risk assessments and safety briefings.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate site resources, materials, and small teams effectively.
