Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the Property & Facilities team. The role covers multiple services across the region, with a need for a full UK driving licence and a supplied van. You will perform multi-trade maintenance, safety checks, and ensure compliant, comfortable environments for the people we support.

Travel between sites is required, with overnight stays possible. You will work independently to meet SLAs and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site maintenance role.
• Proficiency with basic trades (plumbing, joinery, electrical tasks).
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across sites.
• Perform fire safety, legionella and compliance checks.
• Log and update tasks in CAFM system and manage workload to SLAs.
• Travel between services and manage van stock and equipment.
