Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our Property & Facilities team, supporting multiple services across the region. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe, compliant and comfortable for the people we support, with travel between sites and a van provided.

You’ll complete fire safety and compliance checks, use our CAFM system, and manage your workload to meet SLAs, while ensuring cost-efficient stock control and a proactive approach to

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site maintenance and problem solving.
• General trades including plumbing, joinery, minor electrical tasks.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Proficient with IT systems and CAFM.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across sites.
• Complete fire safety and compliance checks.
• Log tasks in CAFM and keep records up to date.
• Manage workload to meet SLAs.
• Maintain van stock and equipment.
• Travel between services, including overnight stays when required.
