What Does the Role Entail?

• Providing safe and efficient service delivery for primary transport operations
• Meeting and exceeding customer SLAs
• Managing and developing a team of transport management staff, operators, and support personnel, fostering integration within DHL Transport Operations
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

What Do We Need From You?

• Previous experience leading large-scale transport operations; experience within the drinks logistics industry is preferred
• Experience working with trade unions
• Line management experience
• Understanding of route planning and distribution networks
• Knowledge of transport regulations
