Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Regional Training and Education Manager to shape how labs work across Region Europe. You will build an education universe, develop an education content library, and own the implementation in your sub-region with travel across Europe.

In the first 6–12 months you’ll develop content with Global Academy and Global Learning & Content teams, then take it to market with hands-on training for lab customers, resellers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Background as a dental technician with 7+ years in digital dental workflows.
• Passion for education and training with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel within your market and across Region Europe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced training for lab customers, resellers and key accounts in your sub-region.
• Lecture at congresses and key-account events across Region Europe.
• Run regional train-the-trainer programs to onboard local lab trainers and partners.
• Engage with local KOLs and speakers to bring external expertise into education.
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on adoption and usage of 3Shape solutions.
• Coordinate regional content needs and contribute to global lab education materials.
• Contribute to building the global education universe for lab workflows.
