Align Technology is seeking a Clinical Education Associate Director EMEA, Labs to define, lead, and execute a lab-centric clinical education strategy across EMEA. You will enable GPs to adopt digital workflows—iTero, Exocad, Invisalign ART—through collaboration with dental laboratories and the commercial lab channel.

The role partners with global clinical education and regional stakeholders to adapt curricula to local market needs, while driving governance and quality standards across faculty

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in clinical education leadership within dental, med-tech, or digital healthcare environments.
• 12+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong background in digital dentistry workflows (CAD/CAM, intraoral scanning, restorative and/or orthodontics).
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed, multi-country teams while remaining execution-oriented.
• Experience working closely with commercial and channel leadership.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Translate regional channel priorities into scalable, high-impact education programs.
• Develop and deliver customized education pathways for Labs across restorative, orthodontic, and digital workflows.
• Build, develop, and manage a strong EMEA Lab & Restorative KOL network.
