Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection Limited is seeking an experienced Officer to support the Contract Manager across sites in the Midlands. The role requires leading our team, writing reports, and ensuring operational safety and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will hold a valid SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, and a 5-year work history. The position involves 60 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, travel across sites, and weekend duties.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Licence is required.
• A full, clean UK Driving Licence is required.
• Full checkable 5-year work history is required.
• Flexibility regarding travel and shifts is required.
• Be well-presented, reliable, security conscious with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable support to the Contract Manager at various sites.
• Lead or support existing staff on site.
• Be a team player and communicate effectively with management and clients.
• Write reports, instruction notes and site processes.
• Train other security personnel as needed.
