Job summary

MGF Excavation Safety Solutions is seeking a Regional Engineer based in Dartford to act as the bridge between engineering and commercial teams. You will develop customer relations, understand regional projects, and present temporary works designs to clients.

The role involves producing and checking temporary works drawings, providing on-site and design-stage support, and contributing to regional meetings. A background in Civil/Structural engineering with temp works experience is required, with

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Approximately 2–3 years experience in temporary works.
• Ability to apply knowledge to temporary works solutions and designs.
• Professional registration or working towards ICE/IStructE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key link between engineering and commercial functions.
• Provide engineering advice and guidance at meetings.
• Understand region projects and sectors of work.
• Build relationships with key customers and individuals.
• Produce temporary works designs and drawings; check designs and drawings.
• Contribute to regional sales meetings and design reviews.
