Job summary

Cefetra is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Glasgow region. You will work across Cefetra and Premium Crops products, providing on-farm agronomy support and technical guidance to growers, with travel within the UK.

The role reports to the European Business Head for Cefetra Ltd and aims to grow relationships and trading opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong agricultural knowledge, agronomy experience, and communication skills, with a willingness to engage in regional events,

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high degree of commercial awareness.
• High levels of verbal and numerical reasoning ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Increase and improve relationships and trading opportunities within the geographical territory.
• Develop and expand knowledge with internal and external customers to expand range and customer commitment and drive brand loyalty.
• Support and drive both mainstream and innovative crop input solutions with technical/consultative solutions on farm.
