Job summary

RTK Farming Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to grow and manage sales accounts within the agricultural sector, building strong relationships with dealers and farmers.

The role is home-based across an Eastern England territory, with regular team contact by phone or online and occasional in-person meetings at the Cambridge office.

Full product training, ongoing support from our engineering team, and a competitive package with commission and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in agriculture or ag-tech preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with dealers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Establishing market size and securing profitable sales opportunities.
• Building effective and productive relationships with influencers and decision makers.
• Developing mutually beneficial business relationships with Dealer partners.
• Maintaining records via CRM system.
• Obtaining, understanding, and applying technical knowledge to provide a first line customer support.
• Working as part of the team to deliver network development where required, such as supporting base station installations, audits, and upgrades.
• Promoting the RTKFnet brand through advertising, social media channels, and attendance at Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
• Achievement of annual sales budgets, revenue streams, and maximising customer retention.
