Frontier is seeking an Agricultural Sales Manager to join our Precision Services team, covering South Suffolk and Essex. You will own the regional sales and consultancy strategy, secure revenue growth, and develop trusted relationships with growers through a mix of technical guidance and commercial acumen.

You will represent Frontier at events, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive profitability across product lines while working in a hybrid model with both home and site-based

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop profitable accounts.
• Experience in precision farming or crop production a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional sales and consultancy strategy.
• Maintain and grow customer base and identify new opportunities.
• Provide high-quality technical support and advice.
• Represent the business at trade shows and events.
