Job summary
NIBE Energy Systems Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the East Midlands region, building relationships with installers, contractors and key stakeholders in the heating and renewable energy sector. You will promote heat pump solutions and provide technical sales support to prospective customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of external B2B field sales experience in heating/renewables.
- Proven track record with heat pumps or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/heating systems.
- Established relationships with installers and contractors.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Technical qualification in engineering, HVAC or building services.
- Knowledge of UK regulations and funding schemes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet targets.
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Build relationships with installers, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Present heat pump solutions and provide technical guidance.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
