Job summary
Installio Ltd. in the South of England is seeking a Regional Manager to lead heat pump installation teams. You will oversee installations, support field crews, perform site visits, and carry out quality audits to ensure top standards.
Candidates should have 3+ years of heat pump experience and a proven ability to manage plumbers, engineers and electricians. The role combines on-site and home-based work with a company vehicle and a structured training program.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience installing heat pumps.
- Experience managing teams of plumbers/engineers and electricians.
- Knowledge to install, commission, handover, and maintain air source heat pump systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installations and provide input and direction as required.
- Collaborate with engineers and electricians to commission and sign off on installs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Onboard and vet new teams in your area to grow the business to the next level.
- Manage the day to day with a mix of on site and at home work.
- Take responsibility for the installs in your area and get the most out of your teams.
