NIBE Energy Systems Limited, based at our Chesterfield head office, is seeking a Heat Pump Sales Consultant. You will convert homeowner enquiries into confirmed installation orders, explain heat pump options, and manage each opportunity from first contact to accepted proposal, coordinating handover to survey, design and operations.

Based at our Chesterfield Derbyshire office, you will own your CRM pipeline, meet activity and revenue targets, and work closely with survey, design and operations

Qualifications

• Experience in high-value B2C sales via telephone.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Target-driven, resilient and self-motivated with a customer focus.
• Willingness to learn about heat pumps and renewable energy.

Responsabilités

• Contact and qualify new and existing leads by phone and email, assessing property, heating needs, budget and timescale.
• Explain heat pump options, benefits, costs and installation journey clearly.
• Present proposals, handle objections and follow up to close sales.
• Own your CRM pipeline with accurate notes, next steps and forecasts.
• Meet agreed activity, conversion and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with survey, design and operations teams for a smooth handover.
• Set clear expectations on suitability, costs and timelines.
