Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BMS Small Works Supervisor to oversee small BMS modifications, upgrades, remedials and optimisation projects across Essex, London and regional sites.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, review requirements, carry out site surveys, support quotations and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification while upholding H&S and company standards.

Qualifications

• BMS engineering background with hands-on experience.
• Experience with small works, remedials or projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

We're looking for a BMS Small Works Supervisor to oversee smaller BMS modifications, upgrades, remedial works and optimisation projects.

You'll combine hands‑on technical knowledge with responsibility for coordinating engineers and ensuring works are delivered properly, on time and to specification.
