Job summary

MMBC seeks a Regional Technical Officer to lead regional technical excellence, shaping strategy from early thinking to delivery across design, construction, commissioning and operation. You will drive capability and governance, ensuring repeatable, safe and efficient engineering outcomes for our clients and communities.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders, champion innovation and foster knowledge transfer to strengthen MMBC’s value and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering or technical background with chartered status or equivalent.
• Credible leadership experience across multidisciplinary delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building capability, improving delivery and embedding innovation.
• Solid understanding of governance, assurance, risk and commercial delivery.
• Ambitious, inclusive, pragmatic and trusted programme leader.
