Job summary

EMCOR UK is seeking a senior regional engineering leader to supervise multi‑skilled teams, coordinate daily activities, and deliver services to contractual SLAs. You will liaise with client representatives, mentor engineers, and escalate critical incidents as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, health and safety, and ensuring compliant, high‑quality service delivery across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in technical services management/supervision in a building services environment.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant vocational qualification plus experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation and EMCOR UK.
• Provide regional supervision to multi-skilled engineering teams and ensure work is delivered to contractual SLAs.
