Job summary

IN4 Group is seeking a Regional Programme Lead to provide senior leadership for TechFirst, supporting high‑quality regional delivery, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth across the East Midlands and, where appropriate, wider regions. The role requires frequent travel across the Northwest and East Midlands and involves active external engagement.

Significant experience leading programmes, education partnerships and technology initiatives.
Strong senior stakeholder engagement across education, industry and government.
Commercial awareness with funded proposals, sponsorship or income‑generating activity.
Ability to translate strategic ambition into practical regional delivery plans.

Responsibilities

Provide senior regional leadership for TechFirst delivery and growth.
Develop regional delivery aligned to local skills, education and economic priorities.
Build and sustain partnerships with schools, colleges, MATs, employers and authorities.
Ensure governance, quality, risk management and reporting across the region.
Lead safeguarding, data protection and compliance across all activity.
