Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Regional & Account Manager to grow key accounts across the UK and Ireland. The role blends technical insight with commercial account management, collaborating with engineering teams, customers and distributors to drive design wins and revenue across Littelfuse’s portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical/engineering background, enjoys customer interactions, and can translate technical challenges into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronics, electrical engineering, semiconductors or a related technical industry.
• Engineering or technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, microelectronics or power electronics preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Field Application Engineer, Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key customer accounts across the UK & Ireland.
• Build relationships with engineering, technical, procurement and senior stakeholders.
• Understand customer applications and identify opportunities for Littelfuse solutions.
• Drive design wins and new business across all Littelfuse product technologies including Protection, Switches, Sensors and Power Semiconductors.
• Manage opportunities from early technical engagement through to revenue.
• Work closely with distribution partners to develop pipeline and grow business.
• Partner with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Stay close to customers and market trends through regular travel across the region.
