Zusammenfassung

Acuity Care Group is seeking a Regional Support Worker based in Southampton, with travel to Alton and Andover to ensure continuity of care. The role offers flexibility, a fixed rota, and opportunities to develop within a caring team.

Compensation includes £15 per hour plus 35p per mile, with payments weekly or monthly. Training is fully funded through Acuity Academy and there are health and wellbeing benefits for staff.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with autism or complex mental health needs is helpful but not essential.
• You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role.
• Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play-based activities.
• Able to work as part of a small, stable team.

We are looking for a committed and adaptable Female

Regional Support Worker who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travelling between services, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential support across a range of settings. Your primary base will be in Southampton, however, there may be occasions where you will be required to cover shifts in Alton and Andover to ensure continuity of care.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

• Experience with Autism or complex Mental Health needs is helpful but not essential.
