Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a Support Worker in Exeter to join a dedicated team providing 2:1 support to a young woman living in her own home. The role covers day and sleep-in shifts with full training provided and ongoing development.

You will join a caring, stable team focused on compassionate, person-centred care and reliable, consistent support in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autism, challenging behaviours or complex needs is helpful but not essential.
• You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role.
• Enjoy engaging in sensory, creative and play-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support to a twenty-year-old girl in her own home in Exeter.
• Deliver round-the-clock care as part of a stable team, with training provided.
• Participate in activities that promote wellbeing and development.

Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: 08:00-20:00, including sleep-in shifts

Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a bright and joyful twenty‑year‑old girl who lives in her own home in Exeter.

She hasAutism and Learnig disability and requiresround‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team.She can exhidit behavious that can be proceived as challanging and her support workers will learn to recognise and respond to her unique communication. Full training will be provided.

This is a rewarding role supporting a child who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.
