Job summary

Acuity INC is seeking a caring, compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will provide person-centred support to individuals, building trust and promoting independence.

Experience with Autism and mental health needs, plus PBS understanding, are essential. We value reliability, patience, and the ability to work well alone or as part of a team, with accessible training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting individuals with Autism and mental health needs.
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
