Job Purpose:

• The Regional Support Manager supports homes within a region, with flexible travel.
• Reports to the Regional Manager.
• Works closely with the regional and home management teams to ensure quality standards and action plans are met.
• Aims to achieve at least a 'good' CQC outcome across the region.
• Supports operational needs and manages or supports homes during managerial absences.

Principal Role & Accountabilities:

• Supports Service Improvement Plan delivery.
• Helps implement and manage new systems like EMAR and electronic care planning.
• Leads, supervises, and supports regional employees.
• Supports recruitment, induction, and training.
• Promotes good communication and supports HR issues and performance management.
• Ensures residents' needs are met through care planning and reviews.
• Supports maintenance, health and safety compliance, and mandatory training.
