Job summary

Bestway-Group is seeking an inspiring regional store leader who can coach Store Managers to deliver strong operations, compliance and people processes across multiple stores. You will analyse data, drive improvements, and ensure profitable performance while maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will lead store visits, build community relationships, manage budgets, and support teams with induction and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar retail role is preferred.
• Commercially aware with focus on P&L and business measures.
• Ability to analyse data to improve the business.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Effective time management and multitasking in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store teams to view stores through customers' eyes.
• Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive brand.
• Support and coach store teams to present their store in-line with brand standards guidelines.
• Promptly resolve or report issues affecting the customer experience.
• Lead by example with a strong safety culture across stores and region.
• Deliver action plans to develop and improve store performance and profitability.
