The Role: Regional Service Manager, Medical Diagnostic Analysers

This market leader is seeking to recruit a commercially astute Regional Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
• Attending meetings and providing excellent customer care
• Ensuring delivery of KPIs, including resource utilization, PPM delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Managing financial performance within set budgets

To qualify, you should demonstrate:

• Experience in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor, or Team Leader role
