The Role – Regional Service Manager, Medical Diagnostic Analysers

This market leader seeks to recruit a commercially astute Regional Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
• Building and nurturing relationships with key customers
• Attending meetings and providing customer care
• Ensuring the delivery of KPIs, including resource utilization, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
• Managing financial delivery within set budgets

• Experience in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor, or Team Leader role
